Creation of the New Program

STEP 1

Appoint the Program Committee to review the curriculum by the President as recommended by the Dean.

STEP 1

STEP 1

Develop the memo of the reason to discontinue the current Program.

STEP 2

Submit the memo though google form.

Evaluation of the Current Program (The Program Cycle is Completed)

STEP 1

Appoint the Program Evaluation Committee to review the curriculum by the President as recommended by the Dean.

Develop the Program Evaluation Report.

1. Complete the SMO 08 form for changing faculty members.

2. Complete the SMO 08 form for changing minor content.
